You pay less than actual shipping/packing costs for any size order ... the larger your order the greater your savings. Both FedEx Ground and USPS Flat Rate Shipping are available in the nineteen northeastern states. For orders shipped to other continental states, we ship FedEx 2Day at cost, and we offer the USPS flat rate shipping schedule above. We do not ship to Post
Office boxes or outside the 50 United States. For orders to Alaska or Hawaii, we ship FedEx Standard Overnight.
Transit times are generally one day within the New England/New York metro area, two days elsewhere within the nineteen states, two days via FedEx 2Day, and two to three days via USPS Flat Rate Shipping. You may place your order 24/7. However, we ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only so that your order does not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

Hot Weather Shipping. Chocolate is a perishable product and can melt in the heat above 70 degrees. Therefore, during the hot months, please provide a ship-to address such as a business where someone will be available to receive your package during the day so that it does not sit outdoors or unprotected from the weather.
Damage. We are responsible for your order until our shipper delivers it to your shipping address. Damage after delivery due to heat, rain, humidity, or theft is your responsibility. Therefore, please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive and protect your order. Please phone regarding damaged chocolate within 24 hours of delivery so that we can make it right: (603) 643-9031 if the damage is our responsibility. We may ask you to ship damaged goods back to us so that we can inspect and replace them for you.
